  I Have 2 Pets Interred in this cemetery. Boomer, a 22 year old Scottish Fold Feline, Buried in 2011, and Jasmine, a Burmese/Seal Point Himalayan Mixed, age 14, Buried this past Saturday 6/6/2015. Impeccable Character describes Ed Best. He Cares, and Treats Each and Every Pet like they were his own. I wish People could be laid to rest in here. That's How compassionate and decent he is.

  Called today about my husky mix and when I asked more than one question the man on the phone was acting quite rude. It was like I was an inconvenience... not exactly the right message to send to someone after they have lost their pet. I will NEVER reccomend this place. If one of my clients or friends ask about this place I will guide them to another facility. I would never want someone to deal with such inconsiderate and rude behavior after the death of their animal.

  About a month ago we lost one of our boxers unexpectedly, we contacted Ed around 8:30 pm one evening and he graciously received our Zeus within the hour. He made and awful situation comforting. He treated the loss as if it was his own and made us feel comfortable with the situation. As luck would have it, we lost Diesel a couple weeks later and we got the same treatment from Ed. He is a genuine person who cares and understands what it is like to loss a pet. We can say enough good things about him.

  I have used this location for over 30 years and always find owner Ed in the time of need to be compassionate, understanding and caring. Clean operation, well manicured grounds, pleasant staff, pick up and delivery available if needed, fair pricing and guaranteed individual & private cremation which is so important to me and my family. I have toured the facility-neat and clean as a hospital. Ed takes pride in his work and always has.
  
  Pleasant mountain pet rest also has a nice selection of after care merchandise.
  
  I understand that they are erecting a pet memorial wall this Spring 2014--that will be nice to memorialize our pets as we drive by them daily.
  
  Good going to a company and location that always shines for our family in time of need.
  
  I recommend them as A+
